CREDIT CARD PURCHASES-REFUNDS

Customers who purchased merchandise by using bank credit cards can only be refunded by a credit back to the customer's original bank credit card. Bank credit cards CAN NOT e refunded as cash.

FINANCE ACCOUNT PURCHASES-REFUNDS

All finance account purchases will be voided, and the funds will be returned to the finance company. Finance account returns CAN NOT be refunded as cash or check.

30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange policy is subject to and limited by exceptions and terms written on this document. Within 30 days of the original sale date, Anthony & co. Jewelers will allow the customer to exchange the item for an item of equal value, or greater value.

EXCEPTIONS AND TERMS

The following are exceptions:

1. All watches are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.

   Malfunctioning watches will be repaired or replaced within warranty period.

2. Merchandise that has been altered from its original condition including but not limited to sizing , soldering, shortening or lengthening of chains, bracelets or necklaces CAN NOT be accepted for return. Only exchange policy will apply.

3. Custom designs and special orders will only be accepted for exchange , NO REFUNDS will be given.

4. All items on sale, special event, close out, trunk sale, or trade in items are subject to the exchange policy only. NO REFUNDS.

5. All merchandise being returned must be in "like new" condition and customer must have receipt to be accepted for a refund. Damaged or severely used merchandise will qualify for exchange only.
